“Mental Health First Aid empowers everyday people to recognize struggle, respond with compassion, and connect others to life-changing support. Just as CPR saves lives in physical emergencies, MHFA saves lives in moments of emotional crisis. When people know how to respond to mental health challenges, workplaces become healthier, communities become safer, and lives are transformed. MHFA turns awareness into action—reducing stigma with every conversation and helping bridge the gap between crisis and recovery.”
